Joan H Rife is an attorney licensed in the State of Ohio. She graduated from Adrian College with majors in English and Political Science. She attlded the University Of Toledo College Of Law, and graduated cum laude in 1982. Joan is admitted to practice in Ohio and has argued cases in the Supreme Court of Ohio. the Tenth District Court of Appeals, the Sixth District Court of Appeals, the Lucas, Henry, Sandusk, Allen and Fulton County Courts of Common Pleas, and the Toledo Municipal Court.

Joan H. Rife is also admitted to practice and has argued cases in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Joan H. Rife is a member of the Toledo Bar Association and has served on its Board of Trustees, on its Executive Committee and as President. Joan also holds membership in the Lucas County Bar Association. Also for over 25 years Joan has been a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR).
